We are a family organization, drawing inspiration from our predecessors and educators! It all began in 2014 when we set up a tutoring community for young immigrants, providing them a space to stay rooted in their culture while interacting with new ones and participate in creative activities. Subsequently, in 2020, we enhanced the venture with media productions and educational programs. From then on to our present responsibilities, we persistently collaborate with schools and partners worldwide. Presently, this initiative has evolved into The ROOTS Movement, playing an active role in the spheres of education and media.

Fundamentally, we are a community, seeking to learn more about ourselves and grow in the process of helping our communities and classrooms. Whether that be our mindful mentorship programs in schools, or nature-oriented classroom retreats, or philosophy podcasts with thought leaders or music workshops, the ROOTS Movement is a journey of developing and growing internally - together.
